JenniferJennifer has always dreamed of becoming a multi-tasking celeb. As a child Jennifer was a fan of many different genres of music, mainly Afro-Caribbean music like salsa, merengue and bachata. Additionally, she loved mainstream musicsuch as hip-hop , and R&B. The music she loved was also fascinated by cinema industry. Her biggest influence was the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Apart from becoming a skilled entertainer, Jennifer is also a Catholic schoolgirl, attending eight years at a Catholic elementary school called Holy Family which was located in The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after four years of attendance. When she was at high school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete, playing tennis and track. In Castle Hill, she spent her early years in a two-story home. Jennifer left her parents' home at 18 to move out. During this time, Lopez worked at a legal firm. She also took dance jobs in the evening.
